I am a Tampa-Clearwater native and graduated from the University of Florida. I joined the Coach Cook Team of Commercial Realtors in 2016. Being from this area has given me extensive knowledge of the growing real estate market. I can help you find your best commercial investment and help close the deal with our team driven approach. My networking connections and ties to this area have created relationships with businessmen and women who create financially smart outcomes for commercial real estate clients.
I specialize in knowing every detail about commercial properties. I pay attention to areas to which other brokers don’t even know enough to look for. I find out ahead of time what will make a deal fall apart and I do my best to identify and solve problems before anyone’s time is wasted. This sets me apart from the other brokers who just want another sale. I am quicker at finding investment deals and analyzing property, thus I’m better able to help my clients. In the fast-paced commercial real estate world, you need someone with the drive to get the job done right–the first time! That’s the concierge style service I offer and deliver.
I began a successful career in consulting and sales while working for a Fortune 500 company. It was there, providing services and industry expertise to global brands, that I learned much of my problem solving, negotiation, and sales skills. From the first day, I developed my philosophy of absolute dedication to the customer and his or her needs. Using what I learned, I started investing in real estate (rental properties) and leveraged my deal-structuring knowledge into a career as a KW Commercial real estate professional and joined the Coach Cook Team. Having nearly 10 years of experience in contract negotiations and sales, I understand what is at stake for my clients when making commercial real estate choices and decisions.
