I was inducted into the Ohio Youth Soccer Hall of Fame in 2003 after a life-long dedication to serving youth athletic programs. I created Quality of Life programs to motivate young soccer players to improve their athletic skills and taught valuable life lessons to take to their careers and adult experience
with the goal of providing a solid, ethical foundation for tomorrow’s leaders.
I began a successful career in consulting and sales while working for a Fortune 500 company. It was there, providing services and industry expertise to global brands, that I learned much of my problem solving, negotiation, and sales skills. From the first day, I developed my philosophy of absolute dedication to the customer and his or her needs. Using what I learned, I started investing in real estate (rental properties) and leveraged my deal-structuring knowledge into a career as a KW Commercial real estate professional and joined the Coach Cook Team. Having nearly 10 years of experience in contract negotiations and sales, I understand what is at stake for my clients when making commercial real estate choices and decisions.
I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, a sixth-generation family resident. As a child, I was inspired by my family history in building and became interested in real estate development. After achieving a degree in Business, I went on to begin my career in real estate.
My experience includes 15 years in real estate transactions, investment, research, management, title insurance and lending. My career has encompassed more than 10,000 real estate legal transactions, title insurance closings and conveyances. Having underwritten and insured over 30 million in FHA/VA and Conventional loans, I know what it takes to get a deal done.
From management to being president of my own real estate and construction company, I have grown my career here in my hometown. My specialization in commercial real estate is self-storage and multifamily investments. With my broad experience in the industry, I strive to provide owners with thoughtful and avid advice to maximize their real estate asset value.
On my personal time, I enjoy golf, fishing, spending time with family and volunteering for the Salvation Army and Metropolitan Ministries of Tampa Bay.
